This is a high-ownership role for someone who's both strategic and tactical-capable of guiding technical teams and delivering real results.What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary bridge between business objectives and technical execution, overseeing all development teams and projects.
  • Write scopes of work, define technical requirements, and manage timelines from initial concept to final release.
  • Manage internal developers and external agencies/freelancers-including onboarding, coordination, and performance oversight.
  • Oversee multiple development projects at various stages of complexity and completion, ensuring momentum and alignment.
  • Act as the final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring features meet expectations before deployment.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in technical project management, ideally in software/SaaS or digital product environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern dev stacks (React, Node.js, Laravel, MongoDB, MySQL).
  • Confident managing full lifecycle projects with distributed dev teams.
  • Proficient in Jira, GitHub, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • You can break down technical issues clearly, hold developers accountable, and prioritize without micromanaging.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in SaaS, eLearning, or eCommerce infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with security compliance (e.g., SOC2, GDPR) and scalable cloud-based deployments.
  • A strong point of view on development velocity, product QA, and platform scalability.
