A busy warehouse is looking for highly motivated, detail oriented, reliable Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide support in our daily operations and ensure top notch service to our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic computer proficiency using Shopify, Shipstation, Gorgias, StayAI, Microsoft Office, email
Respond to customer inquiries using above listed platforms and via phone
Provide order updates, resolve shipping issues and handle returns or complaints professionally
Communicate with suppliers an internal teams to resolve delivery or inventory issues
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized
Ability to lift up 20lbs occasionally and work in a warehouse environment
