The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and financial reporting.   • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency strategies, to ensure successful execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet both customer specifications and internal standards.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including technical specifications, timelines, cost analyses, forecasting and progress reports.
  • Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Oversee project closure, including final documentation, lessons learned, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and financial data.
  • Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting industrial automation or packaging machinery.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to packaging machinery (e.g., FDA, ISO, CE Mark) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within project teams.
