Our B2B vision is “to become one of the World’s Leading Partners within B2B Mobility and we aim to deliver the Lowest Total Cost of Mobility with world class B2B customer experiences every day.” For this we need exceptional people that everyday work to support our Business Units to deliver world class B2B customer experiences.To support our future B2B growth ambitions, we are seeking a Sales Excellence Specialist in our Global BMS Commercial Excellence team to drive our customer-centric operation and digitalization transformation agenda. Global Commercial Excellence sets the direction for our global B2B commercial and sales operations, optimizing and implementing critical transformation initiatives related to sales, marketing, and customer engagement to enhance competitiveness, revenue performance and profitability.In the role you will spearhead the implementation of sales and commercial enhancement initiatives within our B2B sales organization across our markets (primarily US focus). The role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of future operational models and driving our digitalization transformation agenda.In your work you will directly influence the development of our sales enablement (the strategic, ongoing process that empowers sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to improve efficiency and deliver results) platforms and operational practices, providing you with valuable hands-on experience and tangible deliverables that align with our commercial growth and sales operation objectives. The role requires strong project management skills together with a people-oriented approach to manage project deliveries.The role is office-based in Raleigh, North Carolina, reporting to the Global Sales Excellence Manager in Stockholm, Sweden. In the US organization, you will work alongside the sales and sales enablement teams to get input and buy-in to projects, making sure that changes are implemented smoothly with strong follow-up.Key responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Optimization: Collaborate with B2B sales teams (pre-sales & Sales) to define and implement strategic sales improvement programs to deliver and continuously improve our B2B sales operating model
  • Sales Enablement & CRM: Co-lead implementation of the BMS sales operating model of roadmap initiatives to new and existing markets to ensure our CRM solutions and way of working is anchored and scalable to our sales excellence vision.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs to identify and drive improvements in sales operations aligned with customer value delivery.
  • Sales Process Support/Training: Provide hands-on support and sparring to our sales teams and lead training needs to implement new sales operations and tool initiatives.
  • Digital Solutions Identification: Identify and define new digital solutions that will enhance our sales operations transformation to improve our efficiency and drive more impactful digital engagement with our customers.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of proven work experience from a Sales Enablement and/or Commercial Excellence role, with demonstrated ability to lead and implement Sales operations/excellence projects.
  • B2B Expertise & tools: Strong B2B commercial & sales acumen, with a track record in supporting and conceptualizing commercial initiatives into actions to drive sales efficiencies. Hands-on work experience from key B2B sales enablement CRM tools/systems (ie. Salesforce).
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a history of delivering excellent results within tight timelines.
  • Project Management: Strong understanding of how to steer and drive projects forward with both planning, executing and moving forward together with people across the organization
  • Communication & Drive: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with higher proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Personal drive to get things done and lead projects in a timely manner.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or a related field.
