Overview: The Warriors Baseball Club (13U Age Level) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head/Assistant Baseball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various sports disciplines and a strong desire to educate and motivate a highly competitive 13U AAA Baseball Team to achieve their goals.Schedule: Ability to work three days per week (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday OR Sunday) approximately 2-3 hours per day in the Fall/Winter/Spring. Summer and season schedule TBD.Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and training in baseball.
  • Develop personalized baseball daily activities for students based on their age group.
  • Instruct individuals or groups on proper techniques and strategies in baseball activities
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress to adjust training plans accordingly
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during program sessions
  • Collaborate with Manager/Coaches to plan, implement and manage initiative from start to completion.
Requirements
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Youth Baseball and/or Softball Coaching Skills or Basic Baseball/Softball Knowledge required.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their full potential.
