- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with all inquiries related to their account i.e. track packages, process returns, issue credits, process payments, promote vendor specials and company initiatives, handle email requests.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Darby’s product offerings to confidently recommend solutions.
- Process orders while actively upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers that lead to customer loyalty, satisfaction and account growth.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Make outbound calls to vendors to help resolve issues or obtain additional information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- 3 years of customer service experience in a call center atmosphere, preferred
- Dental industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience upselling or cross selling, strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must possess the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
- Attentive, adaptable, detail oriented,
- Ability to multi-task and work in a timely manner
- Must be solution driven, both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent follow up skills
- Must be empathetic, patient, courteous, and anticipate customer’s needs
