We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients.TRG is seeking an Acquisition Specialist II to join our team in supporting the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Governmentwide Policy's Project Management, Operations Management, and Technical Subject Matter Expert Support Services. This position is currently primarily telework/remote but may require occasional on-site working at the TRG Headquarters in McLean, VA and client site in Washington, DC.This position is Contingent upon Contract Award and candidate's favorable result/outcome of adjudicated public trust suitability.Core hours are between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on acquisition strategy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), market research, and proposal evaluations.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, gather and review requirements.
  • Write and edit market research, and solicitation documentation.
  • Assist contracting officer, contract specialist, and contracting officer's representative with their day-to-day tasks.
Experience and Technical Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Ability to be cleared for Public Trust by DHS.
  • Experience working at or supporting GSA Agency; preferably in the areas of Asset and Transportation Management - (MA), or Technology Policy - (ME), or Acquisition Policy - (MV), or Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement - (MY).
  • DAU Acquisition Certification
