- Driving discipline health in Quality Production Associates and developing an annual review.
- Proficiency manager co-administrator.
- Improving training curriculum (e.g. AI incorporation).
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
- 5+ years of working in the Learning and Development field.
- Experience developing strategies for training training and development.
- Experience creating and deploying curriculums.
