This includes leading the production training council and working with the salaried organization for career development.What You Will Do:
  • Developing and implementing processes for Quality Career Pathing with success measures of Pulse Survey.
  • Responsibility for maintaining curriculum of Quality Production Associates training.
  • Sustainment of Covalent Software.
  • Production Training Head of Council.
  • Driving discipline health in Quality Production Associates and developing an annual review.
  • Proficiency manager co-administrator.
  • Improving training curriculum (e.g. AI incorporation).
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelors Degree and a minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
  • 5+ years of working in the Learning and Development field.
  • Experience developing strategies for training training and development.
  • Experience creating and deploying curriculums.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
