Green Rack is seeking Entry Level Solar Installers to install residential solar systems. We will train the right candidates!Entry Level Solar Installer shifts are Monday - Friday, with limited night/weekend/on-call work.For our Entry Level Solar Installers we offer full benefits, including paid time off, and competitive pay.Location & Travel: This position is based on Columbus, OH and travel is required to job sites.What You’ll Do:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure the quality and safety of all installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow industry best practices and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record (example- no DUI in the last 5 years)
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
