Location: Tampa 33618, Onsite Monday through FridayPay: $33/hr W2 and will convert between $60,000-65,000Core Responsibilities:Assist in planning and delivery of critical facility maintenance projects.Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.Track project progress and compile essential documentation.Communicate effectively via phone, email, and written reports.Support compliance with regulatory and safety standards during project execution.Prepare management and client reports on project status and outcomes.Key Skills & Knowledge:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Working knowledge of facility systems (electrical, mechanical, security or similar environments).Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Salesforce (preferred).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Qualifications:
