This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and strong problem-solving skills. As a Parts Advisor, you will assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles while ensuring efficient inventory management and top-tier service.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate parts and accessories, both in person and over the phone.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and availability of parts.
  • Order Processing: Source and procure high-quality parts while verifying compatibility with customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest automotive parts, accessories, and industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Parts Manager and service team to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver professional, knowledgeable service to build lasting customer relationships.

  • Previous experience in a parts department or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software.
