Job Description:Position Title: Project/Task LeadCompany: ACT1 FederalLocation: Arlington, VAAbout ACT1: Delivering mission-critical solutions and industry-leading talent to advance the missions of the partners, organizations, and communities we serve.Job Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking a Project/Task Lead to manage and maintain existing and new courses for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training for the US Navy's NAVSEA SEA01C Office.Responsibilities: Managing all logistics of course in person and Virtual.Creating and Maintaining databases for tracking attendees, posting course evaluations, and providing statistical data to Training Manager.Providing support to course instructors throughout the course training process.Collaborating with Instructional Designers, IT Specialist and Training Facilitator to ensure tasks are on track and completed.Providing logistical support all other training needs to include but not limited to Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program updating and reporting metrics.Assisting SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office Training Manager with ad-hoc tasks related to trainingRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Education.A minimum of 12 years of specialized experience in curriculum design.Education requirement will substitute four (4) years of specialized experience.Preferred:Security Assistance and Foreign Military Sales experience is desired.Past work with the US Navy, specifically at NAVSEA is desiredBenefits:Medical/Dental/Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life and AD&D InsuranceCompany Paid Short-Term DisabilityHealth care flexible spending accounts401KPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Statement: ACT1 Federal is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
