- Conduct peer and market research, compile findings from internal repositories, and assist in the development of strategies for improving user experience and digital performance.
- Support identification and implementation of A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and conversion.
- Help gather and analyze data to evaluate user journeys and make recommendations based on test outcomes and performance trends.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to apply test learnings across platforms (e.g., donation forms, post-donation experience).
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to compile integrated campaign performance dashboards and reports across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Develop standard reporting templates to track KPIs, identify trends, and surface opportunities for optimization and learning.
- Support data quality checks and assist with identifying performance discrepancies or anomalies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting is aligned with campaign objectives and is clear and actionable.
- Support project tracking and coordination across digital initiatives, including optimization tests, analytics workstreams, and campaign wrap-ups.
- Participate in campaign planning and reporting meetings and document follow-ups, tasks, and decisions.
- Work closely with the web team to manage ticketing for donation forms, landing page inputs, and related campaign web assets to ensure timely delivery and consistency across platforms.
- Partner with internal teams, including Paid Media, Email, and Web Team to ensure smooth handoffs and collaboration.
- Maintain documentation of digital projects, tests, and performance insights in shared systems and folders.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields
- Experience with any web or marketing analytics platform (e.g., Adobe Analytics, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify insights, and communicate findings to various stakeholders
- Experience supporting or coordinating testing and optimization projects (e.g., A/B testing, UX improvements)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and explain information clearly
- Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics across digital channels (e.g., email, search, display)
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or other enterprise-level analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with nonprofit, fundraising, or mission-driven marketing environments.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices and testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely).
- Understanding of privacy regulations impacting digital marketing (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: Target Salary for this position is $66,300 – $74,100 base salary
- Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $60,350 – $67,450 base salary
- Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $54,400 – $60,800 base salary
