This individual ensures that all visitors and internal clients have a stellar experience in our conference center. The Specialist collaborates across functions and offices to deliver seamless communication and service.
  • Ensure all visitors and internal clients receive a welcoming, professional greeting.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external clients to provide exemplary, seamless support.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to client service.
  • Resourcefully connect visitors with MoFo contacts.
  • Ensure telephones are answered promptly, professionally, knowledgeably and with a welcoming tone.
  • Maintain and apply a thorough knowledge of Firm procedures and practices to ensure questions are anticipated, answered, and resolved.
  • Proactively answer questions and manage requests, seeking additional resources as needed to ensure visitors and internal clients receive responsive solutions.
  • Participate in ensuring a clean, professional image throughout Conference Center areas; routinely maintain central areas such as tables, reception desk, etc.
  • Ensure deliveries are quickly removed from reception area.
  • Monitor conference room and visitor needs throughout the day; provide on-site and hands-on assistance as needed.
  • Provide knowledgeable first level assistance on Conference Center technology. Proactively coordinate with Technology Services to ensure seamless technology support in the Conference Center.
ABOUT YOU
  • Three years of experience in a front-line client service position; previous experience in the hospitality industry or in reception for a professional services firm a plus.
  • Highly professional interpersonal style; ability to communicate positively and effectively with all levels in a diverse, client-first environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to provide responsive solutions where precedents may not exist.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.
