- Provide administrative support to the VP of Digital Communications & the VP of Global Brand Communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with senior leaders, including proactively managing complex calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Support team members with meeting logistics, including Teams administration, catering, and conference room management.
- Maintain and organize organizational charts, phone lists, email distribution lists, and other team information.
- Handle procurement transactions, budget management, and order supplies.
- Manage and organize electronic filing systems, documents, and correspondence.
- As needed oversee office management tasks, including mail handling, shipping, visitor or guest reception, and general office support.
- Coordinate and plan team meetings and events, including all logistics and correspondence.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Process and reconcile travel and entertainment expenses through Concur and P-card.
- Occasional support for invoice processing in conjunction with team Billing Coordinator, managing invoice submissions in SAP, MyBuy or legacy Oracle - APS.
- Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned, including support for leadership meetings and training sessions.
- Engage with administrative teams for best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Be proactive and continuously anticipate needs and requests.
- Complete all required trainings in a timely fashion.
- Manage new hire and other organizational announcements.
- Manage Monthly Birthday and Service Anniversary postings via the Smiles platform.
- Collaborate with other Executive Admins within PepsiCo and interact with senior executives and external entities as needed.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,000 - $88,500.

- Minimum of 3 years supporting senior executives in a multinational corporation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with business technology platforms (e.g., SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with travel and expense management systems (e.g., Concur, MyBuy).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting priorities under pressure; comfortable with engaging across phone, text, email and messaging apps.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and external entities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and make timely decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and competing priorities effectively.
- High level of professionalism, maturity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives, including managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
