- Are at least 21 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and have at least an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field, and have your Level II administrative credential (Level III is preferred). Additionally, you should have completed training in early childhood program administration and have at least two years of experience in childcare.
