- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- MRP/ERP Accounting Software experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite - specifically MS Excel
- Able to read and understand financial reports
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively at a fast pace while managing multiple priorities under deadline
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Direct Hire opportunity
- Full time Monday Friday 8am to 5pm
- Salary of $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience

- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Prepare daily deposits and document cash control
- Update the general ledger
- Follow up on customer questions on payments/invoices
- Report sales and use taxes
- maintain accurate documentation
- Adhere to local, state and federal requirements
- Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed
- Any additional duties as assigned
