Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-PersonAmpersand Therapy is hiring passionate Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year! Join our local, women- and therapist-founded company to support high school students in a rewarding school-based setting. Location: In-person
Start Date: Fall 2025
Caseload: Approximately 40 high school students
Service Area: Speech evaluations, treatments, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration with special education teamsYour Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide treatments
  • Complete IEPs and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the school’s special education team
  • Support student progress through effective communication and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Illinois state license or willingness to acquire ASAP
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement or willingness to acquire ASAP
  • Passion for working with high school students
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
