- Assist in overseeing daily store closing procedures and operations
- Support and guide team members during closing shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the evening
- Manage cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation
- Oversee inventory management and restocking during closing hours
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues that arise during the shift
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain store standards and achieve performance goals
- Participate in training programs to develop management skills and retail expertise
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management
- Experience with inventory management systems and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts as required
- Previous retail or service industry experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.

Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
