As an Outbound Specialist Associate Trainee (OSAT) with Michael Miller - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of a successful insurance agency through exceptional administrative and customer service skills. Your attention to detail, organizational abilities, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit for this position. You will enhance your career while providing vital support to licensed agents and contributing to the overall success of the agency.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contact current, past, and potential customers via phone, email, or text to generate prospects for the sales team
  • Gather pivotal customer information for the sales team to provide a quote that makes the process seamless for clients.
  • Follow up with prospects who have recently received a quote and have not responded to sales team
  • Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly quota of prospects for sales team
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving and detail-oriented
