- Receive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory and/or job stock, pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries.
- Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure, create shipping papers using the preferred carriers' software application
- Support the service van parts replenishment process, keep accurate inventory levels and participate in the inventory count process as dictated by policy/procedure, execute the goods return procedure for the branch
- Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand, retain documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventory
- General housekeeping of the warehouse, enforce and maintain safety in the warehouse, adhere to standard warehouse guidelines and follow Siemens' policies
- Provide detail-orientation, accuracy, and organization in all work.

- High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
- 3+ years' experience working in a warehouse in a material handling and logistics function
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- On-the-job experience with:
- SAP - IM (Inventory Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules
- Material handling - movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipment
- Working with cross-functions (e.g., project managers, service technicians)
- Must be able to demonstrate responsiveness and thorough customer service approach and the ability to work independently (supervised remotely)
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Weekly travel to the Raleigh area from Wendell, typically once per week.
- Standard schedule: 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Perform tasks involving forklift operations (FL) and SAP system usage
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- This position supports a Siemens customer that requires all employees and vendors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 wherepermitted by applicable law and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons
- Associate's degree in related technical field preferred, but not necessary
- Variety of supply chain management experience
- SAP experience - other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.)

- The pay range for this position is $34,300 - $58,800. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
