You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our essential production machinery. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong foundation in industrial maintenance who is eager to grow their skills within a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and helping us achieve our production goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on various industrial machinery.
  • Assist senior technicians with complex troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to aid in repairs.
  • Execute rebuilds of pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic cylinders and valves under supervision.
  • Support the maintenance of air compressors, wells, water pumps, and emission systems.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to established safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for work order entry and completion in our maintenance system.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot general plant equipment as needed for continuous operation.
  • Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by following all related work instructions.
Recommended Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout.
  • Ability to provide own personal hand tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical certification or associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Basic welding or automatic torch cutting experience.
  • Ability to obtain forklift and/or man-lift licenses.
