- Conduct comprehensive patient exams and develop dental treatments plans.
- Perform general dentistry services, including diagnostics, preventive, restorative, and aesthetic procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, including sterilization and infection control practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing education on oral health practices and treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with privacy regulations and clinic policies.
- Collaborate with dental staff on management of patient treatment plans to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with industry trends and advancements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of the practice.
- Provide emergency dental services when needed.
- Use dental technology and equipment proficiently with an emphasis on patient comfort and efficacy of treatment.
- Licensed Dentist in the state of Colorado, in good standing with the dental board.
- Current CPR certification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at patient management and care.
- Ability to make thoughtful decisions under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with schedule to meet the operational needs of the practice.
- Experience in using digital dental records and information systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on ethics and professionalism in all aspects of dentistry.
- OHSA and HIPPA training will be provided to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory compliances.
- Paid upon percentage of adjusted production, with a rewarding structure designed to incentivize exceptional care and patient satisfaction.
