About the Role:
Our client is seeking a reliable Janitor to join their team in Greenville, OH. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning glass surfaces.
- Maintain restrooms by cleaning and restocking supplies; notify supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
- Clean and sanitize laboratory equipment as required.
- Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment such as carpet shampooers, steam cleaners, and power tools when needed.
- Ensure assigned areas remain safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and moving heavy equipment.
- Moderate physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Somewhat flexible availability to start between 6:00–9:00 AM; 40 hours/week.
