Ranked Top 10 in the Northeast, our service operation is expanding quickly – and we’re looking for a proven leader to take it to the next level.We’re seeking a Service Director who can bring leadership, process, and vision to our team. The right candidate will manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop staff, and drive continued growth in both customer satisfaction and department performance.What you’ll do:
- Lead and oversee the Service Department team, including Service Advisors, Technicians and support staff.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Drive profitability while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with Ford standards.
- Build, mentor, and develop a winning team culture.
- Partner with Senior leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals
- Experienced Service Manager/Director with a track record of growing fixed operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Ford processes a plus
