The Retail Coordinator is responsible for managing internal retail operations for both the Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls. This role focuses on billing and invoicing, fulfillment of internal merchandise requests, and oversight of jersey lettering inventory and logistics. Additionally, the coordinator leads a team of three support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Oversee internal billing and invoicing; coordinate with Finance to ensure accuracy and timelinessManage fulfillment of internal retail and merchandise requestsMaintain inventory and logistics for jersey lettering suppliesLead, coach, and develop a team of three operations assistantsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencyServe as liaison between internal teams, vendors, and other departmentsQualifications:2+ years of experience in operations, retail coordination, or related fieldStrong organizational and leadership skillsExperience with billing systems and inventory management preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesApply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USACompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
