  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 8 years of experience in networking.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience managing teams in complex, geographically dispersed engineering and/or program management functions in the data center, networking, or telecommunications industries.
  • Experience in deploying technical infrastructure at a global scale.
  • Experience in transformation strategy execution.
  • Ability to design specifications for Google network.
  • Ability to lead and upscale the organization by implementing best practices and safe-to-fail experiments, identifying process gaps, aligning across teams to scale horizontal processes.

  • Drive continuous improvements to Identify process, tooling, documentation and reporting gaps, aligning across teams, define and scale standardized solutions.
  • Support design and deployment teams, peering negotiators, and planners as needed to deliver connectivity to the Google network, including coaching around the identification of trade-offs in deployment plans, and key day-to-day operational decisions with material impact to investment or returns.
  • Apply statistical process control to continuously improve the team’s performance against speed and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide contribution and ownership towards the broader organization’s program portfolio, leading cross-functional initiatives with key stakeholders to drive organizational transformation together.
  • Execute delivery of network augments, decommissions and migrations safely, on time, and in a cost efficient way. Define, execute and implement a strategy that transforms the team to meet the business needs.
