
Platform Investment Consultant

- Executes on the strategies set by the Area Investment Executive (AIE) in conjunction with the Consumer Banking Executive (CBE) for the market
- Works closely with the AIE on opportunities to partner with Financial Advisors (FA)
- Coaches licensed bankers around opportunities to refer to the (FA)
- Fosters a productive sales environment and enforce routines that will optimize opportunities to deliver the Regions 360 approach
- Works with bankers during licensing process to ensure timely testing
- Manages and delivers new licensed banker training and developmental training
- Schedules and conducts ongoing product training within designated markets
- Manages licensed banker compliance with continuing education (CE) expectations
- Monitors and facilitates licensed banker staffing levels and staff allocation across the footprint and execute on identified goals for the branch and licensed bankers
- Partners with the AIE and FAs, executing on strategies related to prospect call efforts
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Five (5) years of sales or sales/management, coaching/ training experience in a financial services environment
- Life Insurance License
- Experience with investment securities
- Ability to travel within assigned geography on a regular basis
- Series 7, 65, 66
- College Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
