- Experience leading testing teams for Manual and Automation (Selenium) projects in Onshore and Offshore model with 8 years of minimum experience
- Strong experience in SQL/Database and API testing with 8 years of minimum experience
- Prior experience in the relevant industry is a must for this position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is mandatory
Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Experience or knowledge of AWS
- Proficient in using JIRA, SharePoint, and client tools
- Experience with Functional, Regression, Web/UI testing
- Experience working with waterfall/agile methodology
- Strong documentation skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using Selenium
- Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
