- Greet and direct guests to appropriate parking areas in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor and maintain traffic flow within lots and surrounding areas
- Assist with wayfinding, answer basic guest questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate clearly with fellow ambassadors, flaggers, and supervisors via radio or hand signals
- Set up and remove cones, signage, and barricades before and after events
- Identify and report any safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious activity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event
- Stand and work outdoors for the duration of shifts, in various weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in parking, traffic control, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or confrontational situations.
- Must be able to pass background check
- No visible offensive, face or neck tattoos
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Flexible schedule may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- May involve walking long distances and standing for extended periods.
