As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you will report to a Production Manager. This is an on-site position, located in Macon, MO. This role may support various shifts, depending on the need of the business. Primary responsibilities include ensuring a safe work environment, producing a quality product at the lowest cost, developing the workforce to deliver customer orders on time while promoting a culture of process improvement. Lead production teams to ensure production guidelines are met within established timing, quality, and cost standards.What Impact Will You Have?
  • Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
  • Provide employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities.
  • Administer plant rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Evaluate performance, communicate with employees, and provide information for performance improvement.
  • Help support plant and company safety programs, promoting a high level of awareness to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, confined space entry.
Do You Have What It Takes?
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years+ management experience
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Available to work weekends and flex hours

An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
