Responsibilities:As a Senior Network Engineer, you will design, install, maintain, and evaluate network systems and communications. You will gather user network requirements and provide necessary technical documentation while supporting the multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret) that enables users to access data securely across the network infrastructure.Job Responsibilities
  • Design, install, maintain, and evaluate network systems and communications systems.
  • Gather user network requirements utilizing multiple methodologies.
  • Provide necessary technical documentation, system requirements documents, and security requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues involving various protocols, topologies, and networking hardware.
  • Assist with network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies.
  • Apply technical and business experience to improve processes for deploying and maintaining network infrastructure.
  • Work independently and collectively to help improve network solutions.
  • Design, deploy, test, certify, and patch network components including switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Address interoperability issues for all features, components, and application dependencies.
  • Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
  • Respond to and resolve critical network incidents within designated resolution timelines.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School/Diploma with 14 years of experience, OR Associate degree with 11 years of experience, OR bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 8 years of experience
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile framework and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of multi-enclave network environments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing secure networks in government environments.
  • Experience with Network hardware (Cisco, Arista, SonicWall); Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S).
  • Experience with Firewall configuration and management, Load balancer implementation, VPN technologies, and software-defined networking.
  • Experience with Network security principles and practices, monitoring and troubleshooting tools, and performance optimization.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Relevant network certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
Experience with:
  • Cloud networking (AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S)
  • Containerization networking (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Tunneling protocols (GRE, IPSec, SSH, SSL)
  • Cross-domain solutions
  • Network automation and orchestration
  • DevSecOps practices and tools

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range: USD $129,700.00 - USD $202,675.00 /Yr.
