- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including internal and external meetings, travel and personal commitments.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and events.
- Prioritize incoming requests and avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings and strategy sessions, including agendas and presentations.
- Monitor and triage incoming communications, prioritizing urgent issues and drafting professional responses.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, including coordinating with internal and external participants and managing meeting space.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of strategic projects or events at the CEO's direction.
- Monitoring media and industry updates relevant to CEO interests.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or communications, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of all major social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail
- Professional presence and ability interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity in managing confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.
