- Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
- 3–4 years of substantive experience in construction infrastructure, project development, or real estate.
- Transactional background is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple complex transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Thrives in a collaborative team setting, while also showing initiative and independence.
- Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Represent real estate developers in contract negotiations for projects including airports, sports stadiums, hospitals, high-rise construction, energy infrastructure, and related developments.
- Advise clients on dispute resolution related to construction infrastructure, project development, and real estate issues.
- Provide strategic support throughout all phases of real estate development and construction.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys on transactional, project management, and litigation matters for construction projects.
