- PTO begins to accrue for eligible new hires on their first day of employment with the Company, subject to the accrual cap.
- Newly hired employees are entitled to all mandatory and optional/shift holidays that remain for the calendar year. A newly hired employee who begins employment after January 1 of the calendar year is not entitled to more than ten (12) paid holidays for that calendar year.

- Eligibility for Tuition Reimbursement is three (3) months of continuous employment.
- Reimbursement is limited to $5,250.00 per employee per calendar year.

2. Analyze complex and sensitive logistic issues and create innovative and profitable solutions in global transportation, 3PL, Logistics, and Project Management.
3. Ensure excellent data analyzing skills, customer service, operational efficiency, information technology implementation and strategic planning.
4. Coordination of door to door global rates and participate in Request for Quotation (RFQ) opportunities.
5. Generate monthly reports for customers and prepare monthly conference calls to report the result.
6. Identify and support the quarterly business review in performance metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) according to contractual requirements.
7. Provide framework and support for completion of Standard Operating Procedures relevant to new account startup.
8. Support internal finance and operations teams to implement new or improved efficient Electronic Data Interface (EDI) billing and audit processes9. Submit expense reimbursements at least once a month.10. Submit Overseas business trip applications as soon as plan completed.11. Submit business trip summary report within one week of return.
12. Travel by car may be required.
13. Travel by Air (Domestic and/or International) may be required.
14. High ability to analyze issues and attention to detail to determine problems and solutions. Ability to gain cross-functional cooperation and work in a diverse environment. Deadline driven with a sense of urgency.
