We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer to lead and execute the financial strategy of our growing business. This role is ideal for a finance executive who thrives in a hands-on environment, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and can manage and develop a lean finance and accounting team. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, controls, and compliance while ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day accounting.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute all finance and accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, and reportingPrepare and analyze financial statements and key performance metrics for internal and external stakeholdersDevelop financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow modelsEstablish and maintain internal controls and processes for accuracy and efficiencyManage banking relationships, covenant compliance, and investor/lender reportingProvide financial insight and decision support to the CEO and leadership teamBuild and mentor a high-performing, nimble finance/accounting teamLead audit and tax preparation activitiesQualifications:10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in a hands-on or small/mid-size company environmentComfortable working at both strategic and tactical levelsExperience in private equity or high-growth companies a plusStrong financial modeling, systems, and analytical skillsProven ability to build scalable processes and drive financial disciplinePowered by JazzHR
