- Conduct talent funnel audit and baseline conversion metrics [AI-supported].
- Launch a 30-60-90 day execution plan that incorporates quick wins and long-term initiatives.
- Create VIATechnik's talent network engine.
- Implement the Win-Win Hiring Framework across all touchpoints.
- Establish KPI dashboards to track funnel health & quality of hire.
- Create and activate a proactive referral program.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate AI to improve performance. Within the first 90–180 days, take ownership of identifying how AI and automation tools can support or enhance the core responsibilities of this role.
- Manage the recruiting team composed of our recruiters, recruiting coordinator, and a sourcer.
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- The pay for this position is $130,000 – $140,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
