- Will work on a wide variety of projects, some they are currently working on include: 63 unit town home, 13 story design-build project at the Denver Federal Center, The Mayor of Denver's official residence in Cableland, and the Leopard exhibit for the Denver zoo.
- It is a small firm so candidates will have exposure to all aspects of a project.
- Free snacks and beer on Wednesday and Friday.
- Hybrid schedule - Monday and Thursday are mandatory.
- Plans and develops projects while working under the supervision of a Principal, Sr. Project Manager/Architect, or Project Manager.
- Supervises a staff of designers, project coordinators, and BIM technicians.
- Responsible for planning, executing, organizing, and coordinating work tasks to complete the scope of services.
- Assists in developing of fee estimates, scope of services, proposals, and contracts.
- Assists the Marketing Coordinator in developing proposals.
- Maintains the fee budget and project schedule and is responsible for the delegation of staff time to accomplish the work to maintain project profitability.
- Responsible for making sure designs meet the requirements of the building and zoning codes.
- Responsible for the proper execution of the design intent in the research and selection of materials, detailing, and the application and execution of building systems.
- Responsible for the coordination and QA/QC of the design among various subconsultant building system disciplines.
- 5+ years of professional architecture experience.
- Licensed Architect or close to licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficient in 3-Dimensional presentation drawings.
- Experience taking a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Experience with QA/QC coordination and execution.
