- Create and maintain architectural documentation and align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business strategy and roadmaps.
- Lead the Platform Support Team, implement best practices and policies, and oversee architectural impact analysis for new requirements.
- Design and develop new ServiceNow applications, assist with incident resolution, and mentor administrators and analysts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business, process, and data requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate technical concepts for stakeholders and support estimation, planning, and testing of platform releases.
- Review technical designs, create test plans, identify and document defects, and perform regression testing.
- Lead organizational change management efforts, develop communication and enablement strategies, and drive platform adoption.
- Plan, develop, and deliver training programs, promote awareness, and assess risks to ensure successful platform usage.
- Analyze complex system requirements, design software tools, and manage development using CASE tools and standard methodologies.

- Possessing experience in ServiceNow development, IT service management, and software lifecycle practices including Agile, DevOps, Lean, Iterative, and Waterfall.
- Applying the Now Create methodology and managing full lifecycle application development on the ServiceNow platform, including advanced system administration.
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining workflows, catalog items, forms, tables, and fields within ServiceNow to support business operations.
- Developing applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, and web services for cloud, mobile, client-server, and middleware platforms.
- Creating and maintaining relational data models and working with databases such as CMDB and other relational platforms.
- Leading business process reviews, gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring traceability throughout the SDLC.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and documenting results to align solutions with business needs and strategies.
- Conducting quality assurance testing, including functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and automated testing using best practices and tools.
- Using strategic analysis, data storytelling, and fit-gap assessments to developing enterprise-level solutions and change management strategies.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and leadership skills, while thriving in deadline-driven, multi-stream environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
