- Will be performing residential inspections and assessments.

- Will be needed to perform lock changes, maid cleanups, winterizations (dry, wet), pressure tests, grass cutting, window boarding, snow removal, and other miscellaneous residential maintenance calls.

Requirements:

- Must be willing to travel up to 80 miles and have reliable source of transportation and valid drivers license.

- Must have experience in construction (clean outs, lawn care, flooring, sheetrock, painting, flooring carpentry, and minor electric/ plumbing/ HVAC.)

- Must have effective English skills in speaking and writing.

Salary: $500.00 to $1,000.00 /week
