The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, testing, and troubleshooting minor electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuits for machinery. Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as basic mechanical repair capabilities, is essential.Work Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Hourly Rate: $41.41 - $44.20 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 upon successful hiring
- Shift Differential: $3.25 per hour

- Design, test, and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits, PLC, and electronic control systems used in machinery operation
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
- Install electrical and electronic controls by interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Dismantle electrical machinery and replace faulty electrical or mechanical components such as brushes and armatures
- Monitor installed electrical equipment for performance issues and hazards
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, wiring, panels, breakers, motors, transformers, and lighting according to specifications
- Support and follow guidance from the Group Leader
- Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven ability to design, test, and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits
- Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Strong understanding of electrical power and water distribution systems
- Basic mechanical repair skills
- Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions
- Computer literate with ability to search parts and enter data into a CMMS system
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and perform manual tasks
- Must pass pre-employment physical including lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
