Weekend Nights: Friday–Sunday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AMResponsibilitiesDesign minor electrical circuits and test/troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits for machine and equipment controlTroubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuitsInstall electrical/electronic controls by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprintsPossess knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systemsPerform basic mechanical repairsPerform work of lower-level classifications as neededMay direct the work of employees in lower classificationsDismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts (e.g., brushes, armatures)Monitor and install electrical equipment to assess hazards, adjustments, or replacementsInterpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructionsLayout, assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, wiring, and new services (including panels, breakers, and conduit)Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures per diagram specificationsRepair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate tools and instrumentsPerform various tasks as directed by the Group LeaderQualificationsTwo-year Associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant work experienceAbility to use a computer to search for parts and enter work into a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Position RequirementsAbility to stand for long periods, sit, stoop, bend, and use manual dexterityAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (verified by a pre-employment physical)Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkEmployee Benefits Include:Stable and growing work environmentAnnual social events for employees and their familiesPaid vacation in the first yearTuition reimbursementAnnual perfect attendance awardsSafety recognition programMedical plan with company-paid Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)Dental and vision insurance plans401(k) retirement plan11 company-paid holidaysCompany-paid life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, with additional coverage optionsCompany-paid long-term disability (LTD) insuranceAnnual wage increasesMUST HAVE:Associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experienceProficiency in using CMMS systemsExperience designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuitsExperience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to install and interpret electrical/electronic systems via schematics or blueprintsKnowledge of electrical power and water distribution systemsCapability to perform mechanical repairsAbility to interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions
