- Implement and Manage Upsell Strategies: Develop and implement and manage various upsell strategies at different points in the customer journey, including Pre-Purchase Upsells, Cart Upsells, Post-Purchase Upsells, and Thank You Page Upsells.
- Funnel Consistency: Ensure sales funnels are consistently functioning and delivering the intended experience to customers. This involves daily checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Funnel Alignment: Align funnel priorities with Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV) goals. This includes: strategic planning and goal setting.
- Management of Cart Content Relevance: Confirm that the correct funnel is activated based on the contents of the customer's cart. This means configuration and testing
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Propose, run, report on, and optimize sales funnels through A/B testing. This involves competitor research, creating proposals, experimentation, data analysis, and iteration
- Offer Tracking: Maintain a clear and up-to-date record of all live offers and funnels, using tools like Google Sheets or project management software like Monday.com. This includes documenting all live funnels and updating them as changes are made
- Copy Verification: Work closely with the copywriting team to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the copy used in upsell offers and funnels, ensuring consistent messaging and formatting, and keeping on brand.
- Funnel Performance Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on funnel performance (i.e. weekly, monthly, annually), focusing on key metrics including daily QA reports, weekly and monthly performance tracking.
- Ensure efficient coordination with key partners across departments (e.g., Design, Copywriting) to ensure seamless funnel operation and optimization.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to the Sales & Strategy team as needed and as requested.
