- Microsoft 365 Management & Migrations – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, security, compliance, and licensing
- Cloud Migrations – Azure, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms
- Server & Network Upgrades – Hardware refreshes, virtualization, storage, switching, routing, and firewall deployments
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) – Design, deployment, and policy enforcement using Intune or similar platforms
- Security Enhancements – MFA, conditional access, and data protection strategies
- Documentation & Handover – Create detailed, accurate project documentation and provide knowledge transfer to our team
- Collaborate with our vCIO and Technology Alignment teams to ensure project work aligns with client technology roadmaps
- Morning project kickoff or status meeting with the client and internal stakeholders
- Project work is performed either at our client’s site in Colorado Springs or from our office
- Execute project tasks, whether deploying cloud solutions, configuring servers, or upgrading network infrastructure
- Handle occasional escalated issues from our Service Desk team
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues
- Document changes, configurations, and next steps
- Wrap up the day with client updates and internal handoffs
- Experience: 2–4 years of IT project delivery in an MSP or enterprise environment
- Technical Skills:
- Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience
- Windows Server deployment, configuration, and migration
- Networking (switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
- Cloud services (Azure, Intune, MDM solutions)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management discipline, and attention to detail
- Mindset: Self-starter, adaptable, collaborative, and client-first
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certifications: Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable (MCP, MCSA, MS-900, AZ-900, etc.)
