- Test, repair, install, and service burglar and fire alarm, card access, and CCTV systems:

- Fire Alarms = Panels, Annunciators, Horn Strobes, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Water Flow, Riser Tampers, PIV…
- Card Access = Panels, Power Supplies, Maglocks, Door Strikes, Readers, Credentials, Software, Request to Exit Devices…
- CCTV = DVR/NVR, Analog and IP Cameras, Power Supplies, Analytics…
- Ensure each alarm system can properly communicate to the signal-receiving center
- Perform all services and installations in a safe and timely manner
- Provide clear and professional customer education on all aspects of their security needs
- Utilize company provided equipment and software programs to increase efficiency
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
- Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment
- Create customer loyalty and satisfaction by maintaining a professional, friendly, can-do attitude
- 1+ year experience working with low voltage systems
- Must have at least NICET Level 1
- Clean driving record with at least 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to operate a vehicle independently
- Able to navigate in crawl spaces, attics, etc. alone
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to be in the required on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency customer service
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new programs
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Clean background and able to pass a prehire drug screen
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
- Able to stand, sit, walk, climb ladders or stairs, and drive continuously throughout duration of the shift
- Able to comfortably work on ladders and man lifts while holding up to 20 pounds
