- Assist with leasing activities, resident relations, and compliance efforts to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Support the Property Manager in daily operations, gaining expertise in Fair Housing laws and property management regulations.
- Contribute to the make-ready process to ensure units are move-in ready.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain curb appeal, operational safety, and overall property excellence.
- Represent Velair professionally with a polished and business-appropriate appearance.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: 2–4-year degree and prior experience in property management.
- Desirable Experience: Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Section 42 experience preferred (training available).
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and the ability to travel as needed.

- Personal cell phone required for business use (monthly reimbursement provided).
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and conduct regular property inspections, including stairwells.
