We are growing quickly and are looking for a motivated Sales Associate with strong membership sales skills to join our Lee's Summit team.Job OverviewThe Sales Associate plays a key role in driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. The ideal candidate has a background in fitness, wellness, or membership sales and is motivated to exceed sales goals while building long-term client relationships.ResponsibilitiesMake 50+ outbound calls daily to prospects and leads to generate new membership sales.Confidently overcome objections and close sales to grow the member base.Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and online.Manage and follow up with leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.Educate potential members on the benefits of Beem Light Sauna's services.Support studio operations and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.QualificationsPrior membership sales experience strongly preferred (fitness, wellness, spa, or similar).Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.Ability to close sales and handle objections effectively.Comfortable with high-volume outreach and meeting daily/weekly goals.Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.Flexible availability to work 8:30 AM 2:00/3:00 PM shifts, with weekend availability required.Reliable transportation to commute to the Lee's Summit studio.Benefits$14$15/hour + Monthly Sales Bonus Opportunities (uncapped earning potential).Complimentary or discounted wellness services.Growth opportunities within a fast-expanding wellness brand.Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
