If you're passionate about helping others navigate their health journey with confidence and care, we'd love to have you on board.💼 What You'll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through appointments, referrals, and care coordinationSchedule and manage patient visits, follow-ups, and specialty servicesEnsure seamless communication between patients, providers, nurses, and departmentsHelp patients understand their care plans, insurance, and billing questionsFollow up on missed appointments and send timely remindersAccurately document patient interactions in the EHR while maintaining confidentialityWork closely with the care team to identify and overcome barriers to careParticipate in team huddles and improvement projects to elevate the patient experience🧠What You Bring:High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree or healthcare certification (CNA, MA) requiredExperience in patient coordination, healthcare admin, or customer service preferredKnowledge of medical terminology, EHR systems, and insurance processesStrong multitasking, scheduling, and organizational skills🌟 Who You Are:A natural communicator with empathy and patienceA team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative settingDetail-oriented, proactive, and committed to getting it right the first timePassionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient care experience for every patientAPPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
