This facility includes a tool & die shop onsite, supporting real-time production and maintenance in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.We are looking for a skilled machine operator with experience in progressive die presses who takes pride in quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor stamping presses, welders, cranes, and forkliftsPerform die changes, machine setups, and basic maintenanceConduct first-piece, in-process, and final quality checks (PQI, SPC, etc.)Troubleshoot production issues and escalate when necessaryMaintain accurate paperwork and part countsFollow all safety protocols and remove scrap from the press areaSupport and train team members as neededKeep a clean, organized work area and assist with continuous improvement effortsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GED1+ year of experience operating progressive dies in a metal stamping facilityAbility to read work instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelinesBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicMust be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 10 hoursComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled, noisy, dusty environmentForklift experience preferred (or willingness to train)Why Work With Us?Competitive pay: $22–$25/hour based on experienceFull-time, long-term temp-to-hire opportunityHands-on role in a growing manufacturing and metal stamping operationWork with a team that values safety, quality, and performanceLearn and grow in a company with real advancement potentialSchedule:Monday to Friday or rotating shifts depending on production demandOvertime may be required based on customer schedulesApply Today:If you're an experienced progressive die operator ready for a new opportunity in industrial manufacturing, apply now to join Allegiance Staffing and start building your future with a company that supports your success.#DAS
