Leading a team of Technicians and Helpers in the installation of support structures and pulling fire alarm circuits throughout building infrastructure.
Expertly installing strobes, pull stations, smoke detectors, heat detectors, and performing fire panel terminations.
Utilizing multi-meters and testing equipment to perform advanced testing and troubleshooting.
Reading and interpreting building prints to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Coordinating with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project integration.
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Preparing detailed reports on project status, including progress updates and any issues encountered.
Ensuring all installations and modifications meet local and national fire codes and standards.
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.Basic Requirements:
Valid Driver s License
Reliable Transportation
